American Cash Flow Corporation
ACFC was founded in 1994. They promote the use of discounted promissory notes on real estate, cars, boats, and businesses as a way to provide financial freedom to the public. The cash flow business itself has grown since 1994 and the ACFC has basically led the pack all along. The individuals that get involved with this business are promised all the training and expertise needed to be successful in this business with The American Cash Flow Institute but not before asking for money to do so.
They do offer "free" presentations with really high tech multi-media presentations but with most "opportunities" similar to this, a major amount of time and money are necessary. All of the information that I've researched comment that there is some great information at these presentations and believe the company is legitimate but feel like "getting started" is very hard to do here.
Finding the time to locate buyers and sellers, negotiate deals, and profiting from the transactions can be very challenging. Overall, if a "free" seminar is offered, red flag it because although initially it may be "free"....the materials, advertising, etc. is going to be expensive.
