This website is ran by a fellow named Bishop Anders. He is a self proclaimed software developer. He admits that many do not know his name but that he has done many different developments that help many different big time "gurus". He is very bold and confident on his sales page about how he IS the "go to guy" in this industry and so on. He is also very cocky in my opinion.

I want to point out here that I have not personally tried his software or products and was unable to find any "gurus" that would respond to me to back up Bishops claims about being "the go to guy". He does, however, have some testimonials from some really well known marketers.

His Web Traffic Machines consist of 26 different "machines" that are allegedly very powerful tools. Thanks to my review participation program, I had a visitor that actually purchased these products and she shared her experience with me and wanted to spread the word about it. This is only HER experience and does not reflect any other experiences nor does it project or confirm that these "machines" do not work but it IS important to know what a real customer says and what they have experienced so here it is.

I signed up, but had great difficulty in installing the first software they provide, which is like a master portal through which you download the machines, contact them, etc. (I tried on two computers,. by the way). The problem was that their software contains an update device which most virus detectors, ie Norton, McAfee etc., consider a trojan and reject. I contacted Support for help and advice, but all I was told was that it is not a trojan and there is a way to have it accepted, go do it! They couldn't, or wouldn't, tell me how.

Eventually, after several days, I managed to install the original software, and from that the 'machines'. However, when I started to open each 'machine', I began to find that some would not even open. I again contacted Support, only to be told that they could get that particular item working.

Just that, nothing else. I found another not working, and contacted Support again. This time they said they had checked again and found there were faults, and would let me know when fixed. Over the next day or so I found that quite a few more of them were not working. I had opened 10 'machines' and found that 9 were not working, some with the same error message, some others.

I contacted Support yet again, I admit complaining at the level of faults. To my surprise I got an email back, not with the help I was expecting, but a refund and telling me:

'I have cancelled your subscription and refunded your money. It is apparent that you are having an exceeding amount to trouble with the software and we are simply not staffed to handle support on the level that you need. So rather than allow you to become progressively dissatisfied at your inability to properly run the software, administrative staff has elected to refund your money so that you can reinvest that money in tools or services that are more suited to your marketing level. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors.'

So, there is something to think about but again, this does NOT equal that Bishop or his products are a scam. This is simply to offer feedback to anyone considering this purchase or product. As with any program, there will be glitches and poor experiences. I praise the fact that they at least refunded her money.

I disagree with the way they handled themselves for customer support and believe that refunding money is always a LAST resort. Rita Jones is admittedly not a software guru but also admits that she has installed many different programs and scripts and she believes the problem to be on their side, not hers.
