You’ve probably seen Russ’s info-mercial for the jillionth time and decided to review him. He’s been inviting people to alleged free seminars for years on television. He wrote a book about his real estate success’s and it hit well. Because real estate has been a way of investing and earning large capital, people are intrigued about the successes one can have by learning “how to” do it.
This is an area where false hopes and promises are prominent and so many people are out there using these techniques that most are not making any money. The seminars are free but for the “real” information, it’ll cost you a couple of grand. If you don’t opt to pay this money at that moment or at least some money to show that you are “serious”, you will receive phone calls later trying to convince you to do spend more.
If this happens, you will start to receive phone calls from other “real estate opportunities” and all in all, DON’T get involved with this stuff. It's like you get on the "real estate" list and all of them contact you.

Since I review these things everyday, it makes sense that I have learned a lot about making money from home.
