Robert Allen has an impressive career with “No Money Down” real estate. Unfortunately, just like Carleton Sheets and the other imfamous “No Money Down” stories, most entrepreneur at heart contenders will not have much success with this program.

Most of the techniques involved with no money down real estate lay heavily on the flexibility of the seller. Almost ALL sellers want or need to make money from their transaction so one must be very clever to provide a win / win situation without having “money down”. Although it is possible to do this, it is very difficult and many of the agents or brokers that you may proposition will laugh at your attempt to put something together.

This has been my experience. If you’re looking to become involved in real estate, these techniques are definitely something that you should know BUT, if you truly have bad credit and no money down , expect to be portrayed as an amateur and consequently , to NOT make much money.
