Quixtar is an internet marketing company that started in 1999. They constantly upgrade products to “keep up with the Jones’”. They require a $100 deposit in order to attain an IBO (Independent Business Owner) number. It is strange that although they are an internet marketing company, they do NOT encourage marketing online. Weird huh?

What’s even more strange is that should you decide to become an IBO, you ARE NOT allowed to market their products in any way on your own. They sell every day products basically. Their products are more expensive than the competition and you can’t just run to WalMart to grab them so I don’t really see the advantage of being involved with this.
