In September of 2006, PAS was officially suspended by the Security Exchange Commission and seized all funds. Do I need to say more? I have been unable to find any current information so I assuming that they are still not up and running and even if they were, who wants to be a part of that?
Find some other grandiose way to make money because these guys were obviously scammers. If not scammers, they didn’t follow some kind of rules and/or regulations.
