I have personal experience with “no money down” real estate investing and you’re about to save yourself a lot of time, money, and heartache and find out the truth about these “opportunities”. You probably know that the lure of investing in “no money down” real estate has been used for a really long time. I’ve seen Carleton Sheets on tv since I was a kid. Can you make real estate purchases with no money down? Yes but you need the know how of someone that is actually doing it currently, NOT by someone that has done it in the past.

Why? The market changes and tactics change so having someone doing it currently is imperative. These programs lure you in by “free seminars” and then ask you pay thousands of dollars for “coaching”. I know from personal experience that the coaches themselves have not even done this so beware. Also, programs that offer to use “their money” for investing is something to be leary about. Why?

You can do all the leg work for them and then find out that your purchase does not meet the required “criteria” and therefore, they are not going to let you use “their money”. I know that from personal experience as well. Everyone knows that real estate is a sound and secure business and very lucrative and profitable and this makes is an easy target to “lure” people in.

Both “no money down” programs that I have tried have indeed been knowledgeable BUT they were designed to entice you to take that overwhelming amount of knowledge and pay thousands to get “more help” or get “on the right path” by letting them “coach” you. I don’t recommend falling for any of these scams because one can really know for sure which ones are legitimate or not.

I quit after trying 2 of the most popular programs around so if you’re going to try something like this, just beware of the things I’ve mentioned because you WILL experience these things, regardless of which “program” you try.
