RealEstateFortunes.com gets great reviews generally. He has one hell of a guarantee there stating that if you don’t make at least $10,000 within your first 30 days, he’ll refund your money AND give you $100! Wow. Of course, you must utilize his strategies and they are not easy but he was an average Joe that made it in real estate and he offers to help others legitimately.
Unlike some of his competitors, he promotes REAL ways of succeeding in real estate with little or no money down, credit, or time. No driving around neighborhoods and countless hours on the phone. The bonuses are good here too and easily worth the money but I did learn in research that he had many complaints of spamming and that he sold his eBook, “Real Estate Uncovered”, to ForeclosureWorld.net.
These guys have nothing but bad stuff all over the internet so he lost some credibility there. He also has many stating that his writing is poor and offering the advice that if you are new to the industry, then he will expose things for a reasonable price but that if you are looking to really go full throttle, his teachings are old and not so informative to the experienced investor.
