We’ve all seen this guy on info-mercials also. He definitely has made his “mark” in this industry but not without some hang ups. He has paid back a large portion of his earnings to the Federal Trade Commission for fraudulent practices and misleading the public. He has many “bans” in his rap sheet.

He was fined by the FTC for $2 million dollars and banned from making health claims about any health product. Apparently this guy is willing to do prison time and live with the humiliation because he makes enough to STILL come out ahead. Doesn’t make sense to me.

You can catch him on his latest info-mercial about getting out of debt. I have actually set through the info-mercial and as far as info-mercials go, this is not too bad. Some parts obviously look scripted and I believe that the phone calls are not actual callers BUT, it's pretty genuine and entertaining compared to many of them out there. He's just moving on with another venture and I don't believe that he can be trusted.

Anyway, I obviously do NOT recommend getting involved with this guy and after researching him, I learned MORE than enough information to not allow anyone to get involved with him.
