This guy is like an info-mercial machine! He is on multiple channels at the same time it seems like. He has the “Free and Clear” info-mercial with a nice host and a hot chic that are over the top on their acting! NOT…anyway, the info-mercial explains tax liens and the ability to capitalize from them. So, in theory, you buy tax liens on distressed properties to either resell them or rent them out for extra income.
What they do NOT mention is that each state has what is called a “redemption period” that allows that owner of that home to pay their taxes before anything happens. All states are different but this period of time could be up to 3 years in some states. That means that your money, or credit, is tied up in this home that you may or MAY NOT even get after it’s all said and done.
They also do the good ole “coaching” phone calls. After ordering the course, you will start to receive phone calls urging you to spend more money for “help” in your success. In these instances, many of these “coaches” are simply paid assistants that have never actually utilized the techniques themselves. That was the case with Carleton Sheets program as well.
They also offer a trial program to the “property vault” and the “advisory service”. The advisory service is nothing more than a way to get you to spend more money by allowing them to “help” you. The property vault is like area 51…unless you’re willing to spend big bucks to gain access to it, you’ll never be a “vault” visitor. I don’t recommend this at all.

Since I review these things everyday, it makes sense that I have learned a lot about making money from home.
