Classified Information Wealth Building System by Jim Rosen. This offers ways to implement the internet to earn money. It promotes putting tiny little ads in the newspaper and Jim Rosen (along with Don Lapre) claims to have made millions doing this.
900 numbers are also popular with Jim Rosen and I think that he is an expert in the field persay, BUT, almost any system can work if it is properly done so I am not sure that I buy this stuff too much.
This guy takes the heat for a lot of failures and is basically 2nd to Don Lapre. I have personally bought Don Lapre’s system back in the early 90’s and I got a bunch of information, a TON of phone calls asking for additional money AND never made any money after 3 months of trying.
I would venture to say that Rosen’s programs are the same way. I don’t know that I wouldn’t recommend trying his techniques because classified ads do work for people so enter at your own risk.

Since I review these things everyday, it makes sense that I have learned a lot about making money from home.
