Gifting is the act of giving capital (money) in some type of organized fashion with the intention to be “gifted” as part of the matrix or circle in which people participate. I have gotten some things in the mail recently where they ask you to drop $1 for the first 6 people on the list and send it out and as the mailing circulates, you will receive payment again and again. I threw it in the trash.

There are some big time problems that I see with this type of “gifting”. The first being that you can never really rely on people to participate actively. In other words, what if someone does not participate? (like me throwing it away)…then what? Also, I’ve read reviews that the IRS frowns heavily upon these “gifts”.

If you are profiting from gifting, the IRS of course wants their chunk and if you are the unfortunate party that has to deal with the IRS, you will spend more money dealing with them than you will ever make in this type of “opportunity”.

I don’t endorse these programs at all and I know for a fact that there are better and more ethical ways to make money from your home.
