These guys use the “free” seminar tactic to get you to their presentation to show you how to become massively wealthy. The picture of BIG money in real estate is something that many people have been suckered into. It isn’t a secret that there is money to be made in real estate and it is a sound investment IF you know what you’re doing….just like anything else.

These guys use the “no money down, get rich quick” talk and want you to believe that their info-mercials, huge meeting rooms, and their paid sales staff are going to teach you everything there is to know for a FREE seminar? I don’t think so. Free means free to go but not free to walk back out.

When you get involved with these real estate programs that have a guarantee, they ask you to PROVE that you’ve failed and that you’ve actually used THEIR methods while failing. That translates into…..you won’t EVER get your refund because it’s really hard to PROVE any of that stuff. They will also ask for massive amounts of money in order to make you rich.

Massive meaning that it’s not uncommon for them to ask you for something like $300+ for the information and then another $3000+ for “coaching”. Some of these things have asked as much as $20,000! I do NOT recommend getting involved with this or any other program using the “free seminar” tactics and then asking for more money for “coaching”. Too risky for my liking.
