When I see this guys info-mercial I think 2 things. First, I think he's light in the loafers! Second, he is compassionate. His "Think A Little Different", "Motor Millions", and "Totally Fulfilled" books have proven that he is an entrepreneur and has inspired many to take action in pursuit of a better life. "Think A Little Different" inspires people to notice and recognize the unlimited amount of possibilities around you at all times.
He was successful in the automobile industry and his latest info-mercial is about real estate. The methods that Dean teaches can be applied to any business model though. So he is motivating and inspirational but finding the opportunity that best suits you is left up to you. His latest info-mercial promotes his book "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and many have had great success using his methods.
His courses are well known and he doesn't have a "rap" sheet with legal problems so learn from him but don't count on making a ton of money here. Real estate isn't as easy as any of these guys claim. I believe that you can learn from Dean's teachings and he clearly understands and harnesses the power of real estate investing and marketing.
