They train you in janitorial services when you become a franchisee. As far as franchises go , they actually have very reasonable prices. They start with down payments of about $15,000 to be in operation. Regional franchisees can start out with a payment of $8000 and Master franchisees can start at about $50,000. It is not uncommon for franchises to have a higher success rate versus start up businesses BUT you gotta work your tail off.
