Charles Givens
This guy has made some money in his lifetime and was also a well known author. I read one of his books as a teenager and I think it brought out the entrepreneur type genes from within. Anyway, many lawsuits have incurred since his info-mercials and claims. He's paid over 14 million dollars in fraudulent suits. His books mainly deal with taxes, investments, and insurance.
After this all happened, he put together another farce with seminars. All said and done, his company has had many law suits for misrepresentation and fraudulent practices. Givens died at the age of 57 from prostate cancer. This goes to show you that making money illegally, becoming rich in the process, evaded law suits and paying back millions of dollars for fraudulent practices only leads to death by cancer.
Don't walk in his shoes! In all seriousness, I believe that his methods used to be worth talking about in perhaps the 60's or 70's....after that, recession and law amendments brought on different strategies and Charles took his slap in the face with a really heavy and solid blunt object called fraud.
