A fellow by the name of Ron LeGrand is responsible for this "opportunity". He is kind of a self proclaimed "guru" and sells a real estate course in his "workshops" and wants people to believe that he is an internet marketing guru as well. You may have seen him in some info-mercials to promote these "workshops". He probably is wealthy and with that being said, he probably knows how to create wealth.

Nobody will ever know how much of his wealth is actually from his real estate knowledge but I believe that he is wealthy. After checking in to his "workshop" and prices, some of his wealth is from these things. As of last check, his book prices at his "workshops" go for about $600 a wack.

If you're willing to pay for the first 2 books, he gives you the 3^rd for free. What a deal that is! In short, after you spend the money on the information in these books at his workshops, you will have no money to invest in the business opportunity and I can also guarantee that the information you get in these books are available in libraries and the internet. You just have to be willing to go find it and research it.

It would be truly impossible to review all of this information and put it to use in the 30 days he guarantees it so that is worthless. Be aware of almost ALL real estate programs because they are notorious for asking for upfront money to get started AND they always have a "specialist" call you and try to convince you to spend more money BEFORE your 30 days is up. Red flag this one.
