Bruce Berman has a number of different testimonials about his knowledge, techniques, customer service, return policies , etc. I have read raving reviews but also horrible stories so I guess one should be weary about Bruce Berman. When I research these things, one of the things that I consider (if I have not personally "tried" or "tested" the opportunity/program/eBook myself) is the responses out there written by others that have.

Typically, when someone sells millions of products, they undoubtedly have dissatisfied customers so that doesn't factor much to me. I look more for information regarding the support, guarantee, etc. So, with that being said, many people have had issues with Bruce. I've read stories about the "fine print" and the "additional unexpected funds".

Many have experienced problems with proper deductions from credit cards, many have had issues with the "fine print" which leads to these deductions. I know that Bruce Berman is known for his many different .com advertisements on TV.

He gets people to landing pages and grabs gobs of business opportunity seekers and then hounds them about joining HIS program. Having done this research, I personally am not interested in "testing" his stuff unless I can grab some free information to check out first. Many have also said that his teachings are primarily for experienced marketers and would not offer much to the "newbie".

Whether people have had issues about Bruce or not, I will say this....he is a successful entrepreneur and nobody can deny that. Again, when you have massive amounts of customers, some are going to be unhappy and when you have automated billing systems and such, there will be errors. That doesn't mean he's a bad guy or that he runs his business improperly. It's more a matter of how he handles those situations and feedback on that topic was not impressive.
